Hotel Reservations is a website that provides services for hotel reservations (duh!) throughout the globe. They have been operating for 6 years and currently gaining fame in the online hotel reservation industry.

The website has a strong user-friendly interface. Users can enter the name of the city and the date of the bookings straight away at the main page, providing with 4 types of services to choose from: hotels, vacation rental, car, and air. I just found out that website’s not compatible with Mozilla. So guys, please use Internet Explorer to get the maximum user-friendly interface out of the website.

Basically, the steps to book a room using this website is very simple. Just enter the name of the city and the check-in/check-out date. Bang, a list of hotels from that location pops out from your screen. One thing I like about this website is that they give every hotel a brief description about it: location (with map), room rates, and property amenities.

They also offered discounted rates through online bookings up to a whooping 70%! I must say that after doing comparison with the room rates of one of the local hotels here, the Hotel Reservations rate is cheaper than other online booking services. Online payment can be made using either MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.

Apart from offering hotel bookings and other related services, they also provide their very own list of destination guides to a number of cities.

There’s one more thing I should do to ensure that they provided the best service when comes to entertaining customers: telephone-booking. The hotel booking agent was handling my call pretty well, feeling satisfied with his detailed-information I asked regarding with the hotel’s room rates and rooms availability.

Overall, Hotel Reservations provides one of the best user-friendly online booking hotel services around the web. I’m definitely going to use their services next time to book a room, thanks largely to their discounted rates.
